This weekend we attended our first ever sneaker & apparel festival, 6 Acre Kicks. We’ve been to London based events such as Street Fest as spectators, but this was a whole different ball game to be selling our stuff there, and to be honest we weren’t sure what to expect. Manchester isn’t really known for it’s fashion scene, especially when it comes to streetwear but 6 Acre Kicks shocked everyone by pulling in a ridiculous number of sneaker enthuasiasts – the event kicked off at 12pm and by 11am people were already queing down the street! The event organisers just happened to be two of our old school friends so we were lucky enough to get one of the best spots in the room (Thanks Dean!) It was so good to meet some of our customers face to face!
Our girls @zaneshaedwards & @bell_willams of @PlatonicUK came reppin !
Our artist friend Davo Howarth was selling his artwork at the event (who remembers him from our first shoot?)
Manchester based blogger Lemon stopped by our stand! Check out her blog here!
The beautiful Frankee of M.O (&friend of our make-up artist Dom) stopped by to say hi!
So good to be reunited with our baby-Bell Williams!
Big thank you to the whole 6 ACRE team and everyone who came by to support #educateelevate!
Thanks to everyone who stopped by our stall! We also just wanna say a big congratulations to the 6 ACRE organisers, to pull off an event like that on your first try is a huge achievement & something we’re proud to be apart of. Thanks for having us! See you all at the next 6 ACRE KICKS event – date TBC (keep an eye out by following them on Twitter) @6ACREKICKS
